Functions and indications	To warm meridian and activate blood, dispel wind and remove coldness, remove stagnation and unblock the collaterals, it's used to treat severe pain nape and neck caused by nerve-root cervical spondylosis with wind-cold obstructing collaterals syndrome, pain in shoulder and back, stiff nape and neck, numbness of limbs, aversion to cold, cold limbs and spasm of limbs. Dark purple tongue or tongue with ecchymosis. The tongue is thin or white, stringlike , tight or retarded pulse
